We are a team of qualified personal trainers fluent in a variety of different languages. Our training method aims at giving our clients the correct tools and information necessary to enjoy a better quality of life without losing sight of the individual’s personal goals whether it be physical, emotional or both. Our approach focuses on specific training and nutrition based on the importance of a neuromuscular connection and the correct biomechanic training ensuring optimal results with zero risk of injury. Achieving harmony and equilibrium within these areas will not only ensure that the individual sees the positive physical changes he/she desired but also an immense improvement in energy levels and a certain vitality which will reflect in all areas of life.

PERSONAL INTERVIEW

The personal interview will be the first initial one to one contact made between you and your personal trainer. Within the interview your personal trainer will take the time to get to know your goals and current physical state. This information will be taken through a range of different questions.

BODY MEASUREMENT

During the personal interview your personal trainer will also take your body measurements in order to evaluate your progression in accordance with the results desired.

EXERCISE PLAN

EXERCISE PLAN

Your personal trainer will design your exercise routine in accordance to the desired change wanted. This plan will normally be ammended on a monthly basis depending on your progress.

PERSONAL TRAINING

PERSONAL TRAINING

Your personal training class will be a one to one class with your personal trainer. These clases are normally 1 hour in length and can be taken at our fully equipped gym in Fuengirola (Sol Beach Fitness Centre), outside (beach) or in the comfort of your own home.

NUTRITION

Our diet plays a pivotal part in the way that our bodies function and how we would like to look. Your personal trainer will design the adequate diet plan to accompany your training to ensure your goals are met safely and effectively.

FOLLOW UP

FOLLOW UP

Your progress will be monitored monthly to ensure that your goals are met and the adequate changes to the exercise plan or diet will be made if needed.

In 2011 I decided to invest in my health and well-being.
I had stopped smoking and I wanted to get healthier. I do cardio and I do weight-training, some
times alone and some times with a PT. I like variation, so I go to spinning classes now and then.
That is great fun with an enthusiastic instructor!! I am very pleased with Sol Beach Fitness Center.
The staff is very customer friendly and always willing to help and answer my questions. Now 3
years later I have lost 17 kg. I have been able to build strength and balance. I do not longer need medication for blood
pressure or cholesterol.
